Glen Eira City Council has a fantastic opportunities at the new Glen Eira Sports & Aquatic Centre (GESAC). GESAC is being developed as a 'whole of community' facility which provides programs and services to improve community health and will feature state of the art aquatic, fitness, sports, rehabilitation, wellness, café and occasional care facilities.

Currently we are looking for highly motivated & organised professionals to join our team as Occasional Care Attendants. These unique opportunities will give the right candidate the experience to be a part of a team of occasional care staff at what will be one of the premier leisure facilities in Victoria.

As an Occasional Care Attendant you will have:

• Qualifications according to Children's Services Regulations 2009. Minimum of a Certificate 3 in Childcare.
• Be competent in written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to philosophy of Inclusion
• Previous experience in childcare
• Must maintain a satisfactory Police check
• Must maintain a current working with children check

Ideally you will have demonstrated experience in a similar role within the sports and aquatics industry.
