We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Civic Compliance Unit team. You will be responsible for administering the relevant Acts, Council’s local law and policies to a consistent standard in a courteous and reasonable manner.

You will have:

•  Relevant experience in a similar role

•  The ability to handle difficult customers and situations with confidence and diplomacy

•  The ability to work as part of a professional team

•  Excellent communication skills

•  A good knowledge of Microsoft applications

•  Current driver’s licence

•  Certificate IV in Animal Control & Regulation and/or Government - Statutory Compliance is desirable

Annualised salary includes overtime and call outs. Applicants must be willing to undergo both a police check and a work based medical.
